LG OLED Phones
LG OLED Phones LG are currently making "small" OLED displays, for mobile phones and other devices. The current capacity is 7k sheets(365 x 460) per month, which is equivalent to 200k pcs of 3" size.
Currently there are two mobile phones, sold in Korea only, that use their panels.
LG SU100 Full Touch Screen Phone

The LG SU100 is one cool LG handset with 3 inch full touchscreen OLED display. The phone has been unveiled at KES 2008 in Korea. This high-end mobile phone also features a 3MP camera, a built-in electronic dictionary, S-DMB support, Bluetooth connectivity and a web browser.
LG canU S1000

LG launches the new canU S1000 clamshell mobile phone.
The S1000 features a 2.8-inch 400×240 AMOLED Rotating display (up to 180 degrees), a 2 Megapixel camera, built-in T-DMB tuner, electronic dictionary and 1GB or 2GB internal memory. It accepts microSD cards.Those living outside of South Korea won't be able to get hold of this, since this 14.1mm thin LG handset is available on an exclusive basis for LG Telecom customers only in violet or silver colors.
